난류유동층으로의 전이속도 및 흐름영역
Transition Velocity to Turbulent Fluidized Bed and Flow Regime
기체 유동층(직경 0.1m, 높이 5.3m)에서 FCC 입자를 유동화시킬 때의 압력변동을 측정하여 기포 유동층에서 난류 유동층으로의 전이속도(Uc 를 측정하였다. 또한 기상유속에 따른 고체 체류량 기울기의 변화로부터 전이속도를 결정하였다. 층 팽창을 이용하여 (Uc )를 예측할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였으며 이 모델에 의하여 예측된 값은 실험값과 잘 일치하였다. Archimedes number와 Reynolds number를 이용하여 유동층 내 각각의 영역을 예측할 수 있는 흐름 영역도를 제시하였다.
