다공질 polypropylene 고분자 막반응기에서 Aliquat 336에 의한 n-butyl acetate의 알칼리 가수분해반응실험을 행하여 유기상에 존재하는 n-butyl acetate의 농도를 측정하였다. 막내에서 화학반응을 수반한 물질전달기구를 해석한 수치모사로부터 구한 계산값과 측정값을 비교하여, 막반응기는 두 상의 본체가 완전혼합 반응기이며, 수용액상에서 상이동촉매의 중간생성물은 순간 가역반응, 막내에서 가수분해반응은 준1차 반응으로 해석할 수 있었다.
Concentrations of unreacted n-butyl acetate in the alkaline hydrolysis of n-butyl acetate by Aliquat 336 were measured with a porous polypropylene membrane reactor, and compared with those predicted from the theoretical model based on the mass transfer mechanism with chemical reaction in the organic membrane layer. The membrane reactor was an ideal mixed reactor, the reaction of intermediate of catalyst in the aqueous phase was an instantaneous reversible reaction, and the reaction of n-butyl acetate in the membrane layer was pseudo 1st-order reaction.
