현탄식 UV/TiO2 시스템을 이용하여 전처리과정을 거친 수용성 절삭유의 광분해 특성을 처리수내의 유기물에 대한 TiO2 첨가량, H2O2 투입량, 빛의 세기, 초기농도 등을 변화시켜 가며 고찰하였다. 본 실험 조건에서 COD를 이용한 유기물의 분해 효율을 볼 때에 H2O2의 투입은 효과적이었고 COD 제거율은 H2O2 투입유량의 증가에 따라 감소함을 알 수 있다. 광분해 속도는 빛의 세기가 증가됨에 따라 증가하였으며 초기농도의 변화에 따른 COD 제거율에 비례함을 알 수 있었다.
The characteristics of photodegradation of water-soluble cutting oil with the demulsified pretreatment were investigated in several different conditions, such as the input amount of TiO2, dosage of H2O2 , light intensity and initial concentration. The oxidation reagent of H2O2 was effective for better removal efficiency of COD. Removal efficiency of COD was decreased linearly with input amount of H2O2 and the photodegradation rate of cutting oil was increased with light intensity. The rate of photodegradation increased with the increase of light intensity, and was proportional to the removal efficiency of COD with the change of initial concentration of cutting oil.
