Experimental data on surface diffusion coefficients are obtained for monolayers of myristic, pentadecylic, palmitic, stearic and oleic acids formed on 0.01N HCl aqueous substrates at 22.3 ℃ using a radioactive tracer technique. Each of these acids is studied at various monolayer concentrations with reference to surface pressure-area isotherms.
