Abstract

탄산칼슘의 침전에서 vaterite가 calcite로 상전이되는 과정의 각 상의 질량분율과 입도분포의 시간에 따르는 변화를 실험적으로 연구하고 속도식과 속도상수를 제시하였다. 그리고 이 속도정보를 이용해서 상전이 과정의 입도분포의 변화를 계산할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법에 따라 계산한 결과는 상전이가 일어남에도 불구하고 전체 입도분포가 거의 변화하지 않는 실험적 결과를 잘 설명하였다.
Changes of phase mass fraction and particle size distribution were experimentally studied for the transformation from vaterite to calcite in the calcium carbonate precipitation. The transformation rate equation and constant were determined. A method was also proposed for calculation of the particle size distribution during the phase change. The calculated particle size distribution agrees with the experimental data which are nearly time invariant.
