Abstract

유동층 미생물막 반응기내 합성폐수의 탈질화에 있어 기질인 탄소원의 특성인 미생물막의 두께에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위하여 회분배양 실험을 하였다. 각종 탄소원에 대한 미생물의 대사작용을 분석한 결과 메탄올이 효율적인 탄소원으로서의 특성을 가지고 있음이 밝혀졌다.
그리고 이미 제시된 여러 반응기 모델은 반응기 설계시 운전조건에 따라 변하는 매개변수들이 많아 Rodrigues[1]가 제시한 방식에 따라 설계식을 단순화시킨 결과 다음과 같은 관계식을 얻었다.
C1-1/2-Co-1/2 = Kt, K=(1-ε)(2kDb)-1/2/2δ
본 실험결과로부터 계산된 반응기 조업변수 K의 값은 0.007이었다.
A batch culture was done to investigate the effect of carbon sources on the bacterial film growth and denitrification. From an analysis of the metabolism characteristics of the dnitrifying bacteria in each medium, methanol was found to be the most effective C-source. Existing design models of the fluidized biofilm reactors containing parameters dependent on the operational condition, were simplified according to the Rodrigues’proposal as follows :
C1-1/2-Co-1/2 = Kt, K=(1-ε)(2kDb)-1/2/2δ
From the results of experiments, the performance parameter K was 0.007.
