▷ 업무내용
- Process improvement related customer complaints /Internal reject resolution.
- Short term and long team process improvement plan incl. investment
- Process SOP set up and management
- Leading digitization of process ERP system.
- Plant key metrics management
- Plant key measurement data gathering, analysis and action items.


▷자격요건
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the area of engineering plastics
- BA in Chemical Engineering (or Chemistry)
- Plastics compounding or chemical industry experience
- Strong understanding of the petrochemical process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English both verbal and written communication
