Microemulsion을 이용한 신규 촉매 제조법에서의 Pd/ZrO2 촉매의 Pd 입자경 제어
Size Control of Pd Particles of Pd/ZrO2 Catalysts Prepared by A Novel Preparation Method Using w/o Microemulsion
CO 수소화반응에서 높은 촉매 활성을 보이는 Pd/ZrO2 촉매를 계면활성제, 유기용매 및 Pd 염수용액으로 구성되는 waterin-oil microemulsion 계를 이용하는 신규 촉매 제조법에 의해서 제조하여, Pd 입자경 제어인자로 알려져 있는 금속염수용액의 농도, micelle의 크기, hydrazine의 농도 등이 Pd 입자경에 미치는 영향에 대해서 연구를 했다. 그 결과, Pd 입자경은 microemulsion 중에서 금속초미립자를 합성할 때에 첨가하는 hydrazine의 양과 microemulsion의 형성조건인 금속염수용액의 농도를 변화시킴으로서 Pd 담지량이 일정한 상태에서 Pd 입자경을 2-12nm의 범위에서 제어할 수 있었다.
The hydrogenation of monoxide was carried out over zirconia supported palladium catalysts prepared by a novel preparation method using water-in-oil microemulsion composed of organic solvent, aqueous palladium salt solution. The catalysts prepared by the microemulsion method were found to exhibit a high activity for the hydrogenation of carbon monoixde. In this study, the effects of the micelle size, the concentration of palladium salts, the concentration of hydrazine were investigated. It was found that the palladiumm particle size could be controlled from 2 nm to 12 nm by altering the concentration of hydrazine and palladium salts regardless of palladium content.
