Darcy의 법칙을 사용한 새로운 압착 이론: 고액분리 통합이론
New Expression Theory Based on Darcy’s Equation: Unified Theory on Solid-Liquid Separation
본 연구에서는 Darcy의 법칙이 여과 케이크의 압착에 사용될 수 있다는 가정으로 새로운 압착 경계조건을 사용하여 압착속도, 압력분포의 변화, 공간율의 변화를 계산하였다. 이 이론적인 계산 방법은 이미 케이크 여과와 간섭침전에 이용된 것으로 '고액분리 통합이론'이라 이름지었다. 매우 압축성인 케이크 압착의 계산 결과를 실제 압착 실험과 비교한 결과 잘 일치하였다. 또한 유채 씨앗의 기름 압착 과정에 대해 본 이론을 적용하여 보았다.
The Darcy’s equation is applied to the expression of a filter cake, with new boundary condition and new constitutive equation. The expression procedure, the variation of pressure distribution in a cake, and that of porosity distribution in the cake were calculated based on the conception named ‘unified theory on solid-liquid separation’, which had been already used in ‘cake filtration’ and ‘hindered sedimentation’. The experimental expression results using a very compressible cake agreed with the theoretically calculated results well. And this theoretical method was also applied to the expression of oil from rape seed.
