카본블랙 함유 천연고무 배합물의 반발탄성 복귀시간에 의한 에너지 손실 예측
Estimation of Loss Energy from the Measurement Returning Time of Rebound for Carbon Black-filled Natural Rubber Compounds
ASTM D2632에 규정된 반발탄성 측정기의 반발높이를 눈으로 측정함으로써 빚어지는 부정확성을 줄이기 위해, 첫 번째 충돌과 두 번째 충돌에 걸리는 시간을 광센서로 측정하여, 튀어 오른 강철공의 높이로 환산하였다. 이렇게 환산된 높이와 원래 높이와의 차로부터 위치에너지를 계산한 다음, 반발탄성에 의한 에너지 손실을 계산하였다. 천연고무에 카본블랙을 충정할 경우에 대하여 이 방법으로 에너지 손실을 측정하였으며 측정한 에너지 손실의 타당성을 일정하중 하에서 Instron사의 Elastomer system을 사용한 발열시험을 통하여 입증하였다.
To reduce the inaccuracy for the measurement of rebound height by eyes in ASTM D2632, the rebound height was obtained from the conversion of the time from the first impact of steel ball to the second impact which was measured with a optical sensor. Loss energy from rebound was computed by the potential energy evaluated from the difference of this converted height and initial height. Loss energy of natural rubber compound filled with carbon blacks which was measured by this method was confirmed through the heat build-up test under the constant load using the Elastomer system made by Instron.
