황화된 ZnO-Fe2O3 흡착제의 재생반응에 미치는 산화철의 영향
Effect of Ferric Oxide on the Oxidative Regeneration of Sulfided ZnO-Fe2O3 Sorbent
황화수소를 제거함으로써 황화된 ZnO-Fe2O3계의 복합 금속산화물 흡착제의 산화적 재생반응에 관하여 살펴보았다. 순수 ZnO를 황화시킨 흡착제는 완전한 재생이 되지 않았으나 Fe2O3를 혼합한 흡착제를 황하시킨 경우는 초기의 흡착제와 유사한 XRD diagram을 보이면서 완전한 재생이 되었다. 또한 ZnFe2O4를 산화적 재생반응 시키는 동안 생길 수 있다고 보고된 zine sulfate는 추적되지 않았다. 아울러 재생반응동안 발생되는 SO2의 발생량 곡선이나 완전재생에 소요되는 시간을 고려해 볼 때 Fe2O3의 함량은 산화적 재생반응에 별 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다.
The oxidative regeneration over ZnO-Fe2O3 mixed metal oxide sorbent sulfided by H2S was investigated. Complete regeneration was occurred on all the sulfided sorbents containing Fe2O3 except pure ZnS. XRD diagram of regenerated sorbents was similar to that of fresh sorbents. Zinc sulfate reported to be generated during the oxidative regeneration was not detected. On the basis of SO2 uptake curve and the time required for complete regeneration, we concluded that the amount of Fe2O3 added did not affect the oxidative regeneration.
