Isothermal Vapor-Liquid Equilibria of (CH3)2SiCl2-(CH3)3SiCl, (CH3)2SiCl2-CH3SiCl3, CH3SiCl3-(CH3)3SiCl Systems(2)
50℃의 등온하에서 Me2SiCl2(1)-Me3SiCl(2), Me2SiCl2(1)-MeSiCl3(2), MeSiCl3(1)-Me3SiCl(2)계의 기액평형실험을 headspace 가스크로마토그래피에 의해 수행하였다. 얻어진 결과는 Wilson, Van Larr, Margules, NRTL식에 상호 연관시켰다. 이러한 2성분계 메틸염화실란에 대한 실험적인 기액평형데이터를 분리조작의 기초데이터로 제시한다.
Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibria have been measured for Me2SiCl2(1)-Me3SiCl(2), Me2SiCl2(1)-Me3SiCl(2) and MeSiCl(1)-Me3SiCl(2) at 50℃ using headspace gas chromatography. The obtained results were correlated to the Wilson, Van Larr, Margules, NRTL equations. These experimental vapor-liquid equilib-rium data for binary system of methylchlorosilanes are presented as the basic data of separation process.
