Dolomite와 NH4Cl의 반응
The Reaction of Dolomite with NH4Cl
칼슘과 마그네슘은 세계적으로 폭넓게 분포되어 있는 광물로서 그 사용이 점차 증가되어 오고 있다. 이와 같은 상황하에서, 칼슘과 마그네슘의 추출에 대한 새로운 공정개발과 반응생성물로부터 반응메카니즘에 대한 기본적 데이타 조사를 위해 dolomite와 NH4Cl의 반응을 실행하였다. 여기서 dolomite와 NH4Cl의 총괄 반응메카니즘은 CaMg(CO32+4NH4Cl→MgCl2+CaCl2+4NH3+2H2O+2CO2와 같다. 이 때 dolomite와 NH4Cl 반응의 최적조건은 반응온도 450℃, 반응시간 30분, 무게비(NH4Cl/Dolomite) 8.0, N2 유량 30 cm3/min, 평균입경 69 m에서 마그네슘과 ㅋ슘추출율은 각각 85.48%, 99.63%이었다.
Calcium and magnesium were widely distributed over the world and the use have been increased gradually. Under these circumstances, the reaction of dolomite with NH4Cl was carried out to develop a new process for the extraction of calcium and magnesium and to find the fundamental data for the reaction mechanisms from the reaction products. The overall reaction mechanism was as follows : CaMg(CO32+4NH4-Cl→MgCl2+CaCl2+4NH3+2H2O+2CO2. And the optimum condition for the reaction of dolomite with NH4Cl was as follows; reaction temp. : 450℃, reaction time : 30 min, weight ration(NH4Cl/Dolomite) : 8.0, N2 gas flow rate : 30cm3/min, particle size(av.) : 69 m. Under the above condition, dissolved magnesium and calcium was 85.48%, 99.63% reapectively.
