염산에 의한 고령토 중의 알루미늄 추출반응에 관한 속도론적 연구
A kinetic Study on the Extraction of Aluminum from Clay by Hydrochloric Acid
산청, 하동지역의 저품위 고령토에 포함되어 있는 알루미늄 성분을 염산에 의해 추출하는 반응에 디하여 반응온도, 반응시간, 염산농도, 고령토의 예비가열 온도 등의 변수가 알루미늄의 추출율에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 조사하였다. 또한, 반응조건에 따른 알루미늄의 추출율을 예측할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였으며, 실험결과와 모델에 의한 에측치를 비교한 결과 잘 맞는 것으로 나타났다.
For a low-grade clay from Hadong and Sancheong area, experiments have been made on the extraction of aluminum from the clay be hydrochloric acid. The effects of various variables such as reaction temperature, reaction time, hydrochloric acid concentration and pretreatment temperature of the clay on the extraction yield of aluminum were investigated experimentally. A mathematical model is proposed, which can predict the extraction yield of aluminum for varying reaction conditions. The results predicted by the model showed good agreement with experimental data.
