암모늄염의 열분해 반응을 이용한 Chalcopyrite로부터의 Copper의 추출
Extracton of Cu from Chalcopyrite by Thermal Decomposition with Ammonium Salt
암모늄염의 열분해 반응을 이용하여 chalcopyrite로부터 Cu성분의 추출을 위한 새로운 공정을 시도하였다. 이 공정은 NH4Cl에 의한 chalcopyrite의 염소화 반응과 그 결과 얻어진 인공 CuS의 (NH4)2SO4에 의한 황산화 반응으로 이루어져 있다. 이 공정을 통하여 Cu성분의 99.55%rk chalcopyrite로부터 추출되어 진다.
A new process for the extraction of Cu component from the chalcopyrite was attempted by thermal decomposition method of ammonium salts such as ammonium chloride or ammonium sulfate. This process consists of chlorination of chalcopyrite with NH4Cl and sulfation of Synthetic CuS which was obtained from the chlorination of chalcopyrite with (NH4)2SO4. Through this process, overall 99.55% Cu component was extracted from the chalcopyrite.
