Soybean Sludge로부터 Tocopherol을 농축하기 위한 초임계 유체 추출공정 기초연구
A Fundamental Study of Supercritical Fluid Extraction Process for Concentrating Tocopherols from Soybean Sludge
초임계 탄산가스를 이용하여 soybean sludge에 함유된 17-18wt% tocopherol 을 농축할 수 있는 추출공정을 개발하기 위한 기초연구로 sterol 성분이 제거된 soybean sludge와 초임계 탄산가스계의 용해도 및 연속적 추출실험을 온도범위 45-70℃와 압력범위 200-400bar에서 수행하였다. 각 온도에서 추출물내의 tocopherol농도는 250bar에서 가장 낮았고 300bar 근처에서 cross-over point가 나타났다. 이 결과를 토대로 sterol이 제거된 soy-bean sludge의 tocopherol을 농축하기 위하여 일반적인 연속식 역류 추출법이 적절히 이용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.
A fundamental study has been carried out to develop the extraction process for concentration 17-18wt% tocopherols from soybean sludge using supercritical carbon dioxide. In this regard, the equilibrium solubility and continuous extraction experiments for the system sterol-removed soybean sludge and supercri-tical carbon dioxide were performed over the temperature and pressure ranges of 45-70℃ and 200-400bar, respectively. Tocopherol concentration in the extract was the lowest at 250bar for all temperatures studied and the cross-over point was appeared in the vicinity of 300bar. On the basis of these results, it was confirmed that a general countercurrent extraction method can be properly used for the concentration of tocopherols from sterol-removed soybean sludge.
