Amidoxime형 수지에 대한 우라늄의 흡착
Adsorption of Uranium on Amidoxime Type Resin
해수 우라늄 흡착제 개발과 공정의 기초 자료를 얻기 위하여 amidoxime기를 갖는 MR형 킬레이트수지를 가교도 변화에 따라 amidoxime형 수지를 합성하여 이 수지에 대한 물성, 우라늄의 흡착평형, 흡착능 및 흡착과정을 고찰하였다. Amidoxime형 수지의 물성과 우라늄의 흡착능은 가교도 변화에 따라 영향이 있으며 RNH-17.5인 경우가 가장 우수한 흡착능을 보였다. Amidoxime형 수지에 대한 우라늄의 흡착은 화학적 구조 뿐만 아니라 물리적 구조에도 영향이 있으며 흡착평형과 흡착과정은 각각 Freundlich등온식과 세공용적 확산율속과정으로 이 때의 Freundlich상수(1/n)과 유효세공확산계수는 0.058-0.236, 0.17-1.266×10-7cm2/sec이였다.
Inorder to develop an effective adsorbent for the recovery of dissolved uranium in seawa-ter, the macroreticular acrylonitrile(AN)-divinylbenzene(DVB) copolymer beads were synthesized by suspension polymerization in the presence of toluene as diluent. The macroreticular chelating resins(RNH) containing amidoxime groups with various degree of cross-linking were prepared by the reaction of AN-DVB copolymer beads with hydroxylamine in methanol. The effect of degree of crosslinking on the physical properties, adsorption equilibrium, adsorptive ability and adsorption mechanism for uranium of amidoxime type resin(RNH) were investigated. The chemical and the physical properties and adsorptive ability of uranium on amidoxime type resin were effected by various degree of crosslinking. The adsorption of uranium on amidoxime type resin was not only effected by the chemical structure but also by physical structure. Equilibrium and mechanism of adsorption of uranium for amidoxime type resin were correlated with Freundlich equation and intraparticle diffusion controlling respectively and Freundlich constant(1/n) and effective pore volume diffusivities were ranged of 0.058-0.236 and 0.17-1.266×10-7cm2/sec.
