중유회분으로부터 Vanadium 및 Nickel 성분의 회수에 관한 연구
Extraction of Vanadium and Nickel Components from Petroleum Oil Ash
본 연구는 중유회분으로부터 유효성분 vanadium 및 nickel을 추출할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 찾기 위해 시도되었다. 이 공정은 2단계 공정으로 진행되었으며 먼저 water leaching에 의해 vanadium 및 nickel성분을 회수하였으며 다음 공정으로 (NH42SO4에 의한 황산화 반응을 통하여 계속적으로 vanadium과 nickel 성분을 회수하였다. 황산화 반응에 대한 적정조건은 반응온도 350℃, 반응시간 10분, 황산암모늄의 petroleum oil ash에 대한 무게비 3.0이었다. 이상의 과정을 통하여 vanadium은 97.90%, nickel은 91.31%가 각각 회수되었다.
This study was carried out to find a new process for the extraction of vanadium and nickel component from the petroleum oil ash. This process was proceeded in two steps as follows; the first step was recovery of vanadium and nickel components directly through water leaching treatment of the petroleum oil ash and the second step was the sulfation of the residue from the water leaching with (NH4)2SO4. The proper conditions of the sulfation were reaction temperature 350℃, reaction time 10min and (NH4)2SO4 weight ratio to the petroleum oil ash 3.0. Under above mentioned conditions, 97.90% vanadium and 91.31% nickel components were extracted from the petroleum oil ash, respectively.
