액-액 계면에서의 물질전달-평판 교반조에 의한 액-액간 물질전달-
Mass Transfer Across Liquid-Liquid Interface-Mass Transfer in an Agitated Vessel with Liquid-Liquid Flat Interface-
불균일상의 액-액 계면을 통하여 전달되는 용질의 물질전단계수를 개량된 Lewis cell을 사용하여 측정하였다. 수용액상의 측정치 Sherwood수, Sh1를 수용액상의 Reynolds수, Re1, Schmidt수, Sc1, Capil-lary수, Ca1, 유기상의 Reynolds수, Re2 및 점도 보정치, Φ등과 같은 실험변수들을 사용하여 관련지었으며, 평균편차 15.3% 이내에서 다음과 같은 상관관계식을 얻을 수 있었다.

The mass transfer coefficients of a solute through a flat interface of partially miscible binary systems were obtained in an agitated vessel of a modified Lewis cell type. The observed Sherwood number for an aqueous phase, Sh1 were correlated in terms of the aqueous Reynolds number, Re1, Schmidt number, Sc1, Capillary number, Ca1, a function of viscosity ratio, Ø and the organic phase Reynolds number, Re2. The correlation among these variables represented with an aberage deviation of 15.3% as the following equation.
