INA방법에 의한 초임계유체 추출공정의 제어계 구성
Control System Design of a Supercritical Fluid Extraction Process by INA Method
초임계유체 추출공정의 압력 및 유량제어계를 설계하고 그 성능을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 제어발브와 압축기의 특성식, 그리고 초임계유체의 상태방정식을 이용하여 동특성 모델식을 구성하였다. 이 동특성 모델식을 이용하여 조작변수와 제어변수 사이에 최소의 정상상태 상호작용을 하는 짝을 상대이득본석에 의하여 구하였다. 이 결과를 이용하여 제어계를 구성하였으나 동적상태에서 심하게 상호간섭을 보였다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 INA 방법을 사용하여, 상대이득행렬에 의해 정해진 제어짝에 대해 엄밀한 분석을 다시 행하고 비간섭 제어계 구성을 위한 보상기를 설계하였다. 컴퓨터 모사를 통해 이렇게 구성된 제어계는 매우 좋은 제어특성을 갖게 됨을 확인하였다.
A pressure and flowrate control system for a supercritical fluid extraction process was designed and its performance was investigated. First, a dynamic model was set up using performance equations of the control valve and the compressor, and a state equation of the supercritical fluid. From this model, pairs of manipulated and controlled variables which give least steady state nteraction were determined through the relative gain analysis. These pairs, however, showed significant dynamic interaction when they were connected in closed loops. To solve this problem, the control pairs by the relative gain analysis were reassessed rigorously using the inverse Nyquist array method and compensators for noninteracting control system were constructed. Simulation study showed that the resulting compen-sated system had much better closed loop responses than those by the relative gain analysis.
