γ-MnO2와 Hydrazine 용액과의 불균일 반응에 관한 연구
A Study on the Heterogeneous Reaction Between γ-MnO2 and Hyorazine
고체 γ-MnO2와 Hydrazine 용액의 불균일반응 속도를 20 ℃∼40 ℃사이에서 측정하였다. 반응속도는 발생되는 N2 기체의 부피를 측정하여 결정하였다. MnO2와 Hydrazine과의 반응몰비는 4 : 1이고 반응차수는 2차이었다. 반응기구는 4개의 MnO2 집단의 활성 Mn-O 자리와 Hydrazine분자의 4개의 수소가 결합하는 2분자 반응기구로 생각된다.
The kinetics of the heterogenous reaction between various sizes of solid γ-MnO2 particle (100-200 mesh) and hydrazine solution has been studied over a range of temperature from 20 ℃ to 40 ℃. The rate of reaction was determined by measurement of the volume of N2 gas evolved from the reaction. The molar ratio of MnO2 to hydrazine was four to one. The smaller the particle and the higher the temperature, the greater the rate constant, so that the conversion increased accordingly. The overall reaction was found to be a second-order raction. The mechanism of the reaction seems to be a bimolecular reaction between the reactive Mn-O site and N2H4 molecule.
