전해식 다이제스터에 의한 볏짚 펄프 제조에 관한 연구
Preparation of Straw Pulp in an Electrolytically Heated Digester
볏짚 펄프 제조 다이제스터를 흑연전극을 통해 교류를 흘려주어 쥬울열로 가열하고 이때 용액에 넣어준 NaCl의 전해효과를 측정하고, 또 교류와 직류를 교대로 흘려줄 때의 효과도 측정하여 제조된 펄프의 성질을 비교 검토하였다.
In preparing straw pulp, the digester was heated by an electrical current through the graphite electrodes immersed in the cooking solution. When digestion takes place in the digester, partial electrolysis of NaCl is expected to improve delignification and brightness of the pulp. The resulting properties of the pulp prepared by passing alternating current only were compared with properties of the pulp prepared by passing an alternating current followed by a direct current. The results obtained at the latter conditions showed some improvement from the former method.
