This study is concerned with forming procedure of zeolite-Y when forming in a solution which containes amorphous fine silica particle and sodium aluminate, and also surface characteristics of zeolite-Y catalyst which is ion-exchanged with calcium and proton （Ca-Y, H-Y）. Activity of these catalysts were compared by the reaction of cumene cracking, n-pentane cracking and disproportionation reaction of toluene.
