Paddle형 혼합기에 의한 분체혼합에 관한 연구
A Study on the Mixing of Solid Particles by a Paddle-Type Mixer
The basic propertics about mixing of solid particles and the operating conditions of a paddle-type mixer were studied with four kinds of paddles of 25×14, 25×17, 25×20, and 25×23[㎝×㎝] over the three two-component systems of the powder samples, Na2CO3 anhydrous and sand. The three kinds of particles used were sized by ball-mill to 0.270, 0.3985, and 0.6050 ㎜ in their average diameters.
Data from the experiments were compared and discussed tube resulted as follows.
The number of rotation and the degree of mixing increased with the rotational speed, but contrary was the mixing time; the optimum ratio of the height of the powder charged to that of paddle was observed to be 23/25; the optimum paddle dimension was 25 ㎝ in height and 21, width, not withstanding the particles sized; the degree of mixing kept increasing with the particle size, but decreasing with the mixing time and the number of rotation.
